The roof has been renewed (see photographs far left: roof and valley gutter during construction), the disfiguring rendered sign panel has been removed and the brickwork carefully restored, the horrible pointing has been taken out and pointing of the right quality put back, and the wonderful stone portico has been faithfully re-built.
